Welcome to Scan n Go. By connecting a payment processor account to our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Affinity Auto LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Scan n Go application to operate unattended retail kiosks in conjunction with an active account with your chosen payment processor — Square, GoDaddy (Poynt Payments), or Stripe — and compatible hardware for that processor.
Our app relies on your chosen processor's API to function. You must maintain a valid account in good standing with that processor. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, API rate limits, or account suspensions initiated by Square, GoDaddy, or Stripe.
As the operator, you are solely responsible for ensuring your physical kiosk locations comply with local regulations, setting accurate tax rules (via your Scan n Go Profile settings, or your processor's own dashboard where applicable), and monitoring your physical inventory.
Scan n Go's processing rates and monthly platform fee are disclosed to you directly, and require your explicit acceptance, before any payment processor is connected to your account. See our Pricing page for current rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Affinity Auto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from network failures, hardware disconnections, or unauthorized use of your kiosk.
You may disconnect the application from your payment processor account at any time via that processor's own dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend access to our routing servers if we detect malicious activity or abuse of our systems.
