Welcome to Scan n Go Micro Markets - Unattended +. By connecting your Square account to our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Affinity Auto LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Scan n Go application to operate unattended retail kiosks in conjunction with your active Square account and compatible Square hardware.
Our app relies on the Square API to function. You must maintain a valid Square account in good standing. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, API rate limits, or account suspensions initiated by Square.
As the operator, you are solely responsible for ensuring your physical kiosk locations comply with local regulations, setting accurate tax rules within your Square Dashboard, and monitoring your physical inventory.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Affinity Auto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from network failures, hardware disconnections, or unauthorized use of your kiosk.
You may disconnect the application from your Square account at any time via your Square App Marketplace dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend access to our routing servers if we detect malicious activity or abuse of our systems.
